1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy explains the permitted and prohibited uses of Sivaiah Technologies Inc. services, websites, software, applications, hosting environments, email systems, infrastructure, managed services, and related technology services.
This policy applies to all clients, users, account holders, contractors, and any person or organization using services provided, managed, configured, hosted, or supported by Sivaiah Technologies Inc.
By using Sivaiah Technologies Inc. services, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.
2. General Requirement
You may only use Sivaiah Technologies Inc. services for lawful, authorized, and legitimate business purposes.
You are responsible for your use of the services, including any content, data, files, communications, websites, applications, accounts, users, or systems associated with your project, hosting account, software, email service, or managed environment.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Sivaiah Technologies Inc. services for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized purpose.
Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
- violating any applicable law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
- committing fraud, misrepresentation, identity theft, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive activity;
- distributing malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, malicious scripts, harmful code, or other destructive technologies;
- attempting unauthorized access to systems, networks, accounts, databases, devices, or data;
- scanning, probing, testing, or attacking the security or availability of any system without authorization;
- interfering with, disrupting, overloading, or degrading any website, application, server, network, service, or infrastructure;
- sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive commercial electronic messages, or messages that violate anti-spam laws;
- hosting, publishing, transmitting, or promoting illegal, infringing, abusive, harassing, hateful, violent, or harmful content;
- infringing copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other intellectual property or legal rights;
- distributing content that promotes illegal drugs, unlawful weapons, exploitation, human trafficking, terrorism, or other illegal activity;
- operating scams, pyramid schemes, fraudulent investment schemes, fake giveaways, or deceptive financial promotions;
- hosting or promoting gambling, adult content, cryptocurrency schemes, high-risk financial products, regulated products, or similar high-risk activities without Sivaiah Technologies Inc.’s prior written approval;
- using services in a way that may damage the reputation, security, availability, or integrity of Sivaiah Technologies Inc., its clients, vendors, service providers, or users.
4. Email and Messaging
Clients may only send marketing, bulk, or automated emails through systems configured, managed, or supported by Sivaiah Technologies Inc. if this has been approved as part of the applicable service scope or Statement of Work.
Where email, newsletter, notification, or messaging services are used, the client is responsible for ensuring that all messages comply with applicable laws, including consent, sender identification, unsubscribe, privacy, and anti-spam requirements.
Sivaiah Technologies Inc. does not guarantee email deliverability, inbox placement, spam-filter treatment, or uninterrupted availability of third-party email platforms.
5. Hosting and Content Responsibility
If Sivaiah Technologies Inc. provides or manages hosting, websites, applications, databases, storage, email, or related services, the client remains responsible for all content, data, files, media, software, plugins, accounts, users, and communications associated with the client’s services.
Clients must not upload, store, publish, transmit, or make available content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, misleading, abusive, or otherwise prohibited by this policy.
6. Security Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- maintaining secure passwords and access credentials;
- limiting access to authorized users only;
- promptly removing access for former employees, contractors, or unauthorized users;
- using reasonable security practices for their accounts, devices, websites, applications, and systems;
- promptly notifying Sivaiah Technologies Inc. of suspected unauthorized access, compromised credentials, security vulnerabilities, malware, or data incidents;
- ensuring that any content, plugins, themes, integrations, or third-party services they request or provide are properly licensed and reasonably secure.
Sivaiah Technologies Inc. may require password resets, access restrictions, security updates, temporary suspension, or other protective measures where necessary to protect systems, users, clients, vendors, or third-party services.
7. Resource Usage
Clients may not use services in a way that creates excessive, abnormal, or harmful usage of bandwidth, storage, processing power, email volume, database resources, API calls, or other technical resources.
Sivaiah Technologies Inc. may limit, throttle, suspend, or require an upgrade where usage negatively affects service availability, performance, security, infrastructure, vendors, or other clients.
8. Third-Party Services
Many services provided by Sivaiah Technologies Inc. may depend on third-party providers, including hosting companies, domain registrars, DNS providers, email platforms, cloud services, payment processors, plugins, APIs, software vendors, analytics tools, and security providers.
Clients must comply with all applicable third-party terms, policies, acceptable use rules, and service restrictions.
Sivaiah Technologies Inc. is not responsible for violations, suspensions, outages, restrictions, price changes, data loss, or service limitations caused by third-party providers.
9. Monitoring and Investigation
Sivaiah Technologies Inc. may investigate suspected violations of this policy, security incidents, service abuse, complaints, unusual activity, or legal compliance concerns.
Where appropriate, Sivaiah Technologies Inc. may review relevant account information, system activity, logs, technical data, content, communications, or other information necessary to investigate and address the issue.
10. Suspension or Termination
Sivaiah Technologies Inc. may suspend, restrict, disable, remove, or terminate access to services, in whole or in part, where Sivaiah Technologies Inc. reasonably believes that:
- this policy has been violated;
- the services are being used unlawfully or abusively;
- the services create a security, legal, operational, reputational, or technical risk;
- a client has failed to pay required fees;
- continued service may harm Sivaiah Technologies Inc., its clients, users, vendors, infrastructure, or third-party providers;
- suspension is required by law, court order, regulator, service provider, or legal process.
For serious abuse, security threats, illegal activity, non-payment, or urgent operational risk, Sivaiah Technologies Inc. may take action immediately and without prior notice.
11. Removal of Content
Sivaiah Technologies Inc. may remove, disable, restrict, or require removal of content, websites, files, applications, accounts, or services that violate this policy or create legal, security, operational, or reputational risk.
Where practical, Sivaiah Technologies Inc. may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue, but it is not required to do so where immediate action is necessary.
12. Client Responsibility for Users
Clients are responsible for the actions of their employees, contractors, administrators, end users, customers, and any other persons who access or use services through the client’s accounts, websites, applications, systems, or credentials.
A violation by any such person may be treated as a violation by the client.

14. Changes to this Policy
Sivaiah Technologies Inc. may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised “last updated” date.
Continued use of the services after an update means you accept the updated policy.
